Shipping Information

We ship to most regions worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves and All-Star Fielding Gloves)
  • Bat grips
  • Batter’s protective gear (elbow and leg guards)
  • Catcher’s gear
  • Apparel (bottoms and tops)
  • Clearance items

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items
